Shahzad (Shaz) Ansari 教授是劍橋大學嘉治商學院戰略與創新教授、戰略與國際商業學科組負責人、聖埃德蒙學院院士。他擁有劍橋大學的碩士和博士學位,並曾榮膺蓋茨學者榮譽。其研究聚焦顛覆性創新、認知框架與組織回應,深耕商業生態系統構建、制度過程與實踐擴散,還關注氣候變化等跨國公共議題的組織應對,常通過縱向分析、案例研究等多元方法,解析不確定性環境下企業戰略決策邏輯,探討資源劣勢企業生態領導力塑造路徑。 他學術成果豐碩,研究發表於《Academy of Management Journal》《Strategic Management Journal》等頂級期刊,還擔任《Organization Science》等多本權威期刊編委會成員,推動領域學術交流與理論創新。教學方面,他經驗豐富,曾為香港城市大學EMBA遊學課程主講「顛覆式創新」等核心模組,也結合米其林、小米等中外企業案例深入淺出講解理論,引導學員學以致用。其研究橫跨戰略管理、組織行為與制度理論,成果被廣泛應用於企業戰略規劃、行業政策制定等場景,兼具深厚學術價值與實踐指導意義。
