Matthew Grimes教授是劍橋大學嘉治商學院創業與可持續未來教授與劍橋Judge創業中心的聯合主任。他擁有多元化的教育背景,本科畢業於威廉瑪麗學院,隨後在牛津大學賽德商學院獲得碩士學位,並在範德堡大學歐文管理學院取得博士學位。他的研究聚焦於創業與可持續發展,核心課題是探索個人與組織如何通過創業活動來創造、引入並維持積極的社會變革。具體研究涉及社會創新、共益企業認證、創業生態系統,以及影響創新的背景與個體因素。 此外,Grimes教授是管理學頂尖期刊《Academy of Management Journal》的現任副主編,並長期擔任《Administrative Science Quarterly》《Academy of Management Review》等多家頂級期刊的編輯評審委員。他曾榮獲「社會企業家年度會議最佳論文獎」及「Academy of Management Journal最佳評審獎」等獎項。
